Lillie Hadfield has been a dedicated member of STEP Academy Trust in Hailsham since January 2018. With 14 years of experience as an EYFS teacher, Lillie brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for early childhood education to her new role as Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo. Her commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students is evident in her daily interactions and long-standing career in education.
Outside of the classroom, Lillie enjoys spending her weekends outdoors with her children and dog, embracing the joys of nature and family time.
