Welcome from the Head Teacher

On behalf of the children, staff, and governors, I am delighted to extend a warm welcome to White House Academy. Our school is committed to improving the life chances of all children, with our learners at the heart of everything we do.

Here at White House Academy, we believe that children who become White House Academy students deserve the very best. We ensure that personal development is at the core of our teaching, aiming for our children to thrive and become active, responsible citizens.

Children, families, staff, and governors work closely together to create enriching learning opportunities across the curriculum.

We aim to encourage children to develop the skills they need for their future, with a strong focus on embedding knowledge from a broad range of subjects into their long-term memory.

White House is an inclusive school where every single child matters, and we value their different strengths and qualities. Our aim is to help children succeed by reaching their potential in every aspect of school life: academically, socially, personally, physically, and emotionally. At White House, we have high expectations of behaviour. Visitors often comment on the calm, purposeful atmosphere and excellent relationships that are highly valued by our entire community.

We always welcome visitors to our school, so you can witness first-hand the learning in action and the incredible abilities of our amazing children.
