Leadership Team

Grace Marshall has been the Head Teacher at White House Academy since September 2022. She joined STEP Academy Trust in 2018 as Assistant Head Teacher at Burfield Academy. Grace has an extensive teaching background, having taught in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Worcestershire, and Birmingham before moving to East Sussex. Her diverse experience across various regions and roles has equipped her with a rich understanding of educational practices and leadership. Her dedication to educational excellence and her passion for fostering a supportive school community are the hallmarks of her leadership.

Grace is the academy Designated Safeguarding Lead and Senior Attendance Champion. 

Outside of her professional life, Grace loves nothing more than curling up with a good book, savouring the quiet moments of relaxation.
